Context.
After several years of collaboration, Select Électricité approached us with a new challenge: its visual identity was starting to feel outdated and no longer reflected the company's ambitions.
The goal was to rethink its image with a stronger, more contemporary identity. Something bold, memorable and instantly recognizable, while keeping the professionalism and technical expertise behind the business.

Approach.
I explored three creative directions, each offering a different way to express Select's personality and its connection to electricity.
The selected concept was built around a simple idea: making the letter S the central element of the identity. Two geometric shapes come together to form the letter, while the negative space between them reveals a lightning bolt.
A simple construction with a double meaning, giving the brand a distinctive symbol without relying on unnecessary details.

Visual systems.
I wanted the identity to go beyond the logo and have its own graphic language.
Starting from the shape of the S, I developed a series of expanding waves, built with lines that gradually change in thickness. This creates a sense of movement and energy, while making a subtle reference to electrical waves.
Combined with the bold colour palette and typography, this graphic element brings rhythm and flexibility to the identity, allowing it to work across different formats without losing its character.

Application.
The final identity was designed to work in real environments, from everyday communication materials to large-scale applications.
The combination of a recognizable symbol, strong colours and a flexible graphic system gives Select a consistent visual presence across its different touchpoints.
The result is an identity that feels more confident, energetic and ready to support the company's next chapter.
